This Privacy Policy describes how Aapo Pukk Gallery OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the ArtComFrame mobile application (“App”) and website artcomframe.com.
1. What Data We Collect
- Email address — for account creation and login
- Password — stored in encrypted form for account security
- Subscription data — subscription status, start and end dates
The App does not collect: location data, contact lists, your photos (images remain on your device only), browsing history, or any other sensitive data.

- Account authentication and login
- Subscription management (Pro subscription activation and cancellation)
- Customer support
- Compliance with legal obligations
3. Third Parties
We use the following services to operate the App:
- Stripe (Ireland/USA) — payment processing. Card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. See: Stripe Privacy Policy
- WordPress hosting — our data is stored on servers located in the European Union
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, all your data is deleted immediately and permanently.
5. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Delete Account
- On the web: https://artcomframe.com/kustuta-konto/
Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically cancelled.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the data we store about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict data processing
- Data portability
- File a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee)
7. Security
All data transmission occurs over HTTPS (SSL encryption). Passwords are stored in encrypted form using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt). Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
